Dr. Rachel Delsarte Lewis, affectionately known as “Dr. Rach,” is an Atlanta-based family medicine physician, wellness advocate, and entrepreneur with a passion for bridging the worlds of health, beauty, and modern living. As the founder of NUVIDALS, a physician-led wellness and lifestyle brand, she is redefining what it means to prioritize well-being through a thoughtful blend of medical knowledge, holistic principles, beauty, and intentional self-care.

With a philosophy rooted in the belief that true wellness extends beyond the exam room, Dr. Rach is passionate about empowering women to make informed, sustainable choices that support both their inner health and outward confidence. She believes that feeling good, looking good, and living well are not separate pursuits, but interconnected parts of a fulfilling, balanced life.

Her approach combines evidence-based medical knowledge with an appreciation for the everyday rituals that shape how we feel and experience the world. From nourishment and movement to skincare, haircare, and personal well-being, she seeks to make wellness more approachable, enjoyable, and attainable without sacrificing the beauty of the experience.

Her journey into medicine began at Spelman College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Complementary and Alternative Medicine from Georgetown University, developing an appreciation for integrative approaches to health and the relationship between conventional medicine and complementary wellness practices. She later earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Morehouse School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at Northside Hospital Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Her interests extend into medical aesthetics, where she has completed specialized training and earned certification through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. This background further informs her appreciation for the intersection of science, beauty, and self-confidence.

Through NUVIDALS, Dr. Rach is building a space for thoughtful conversations, physician-informed education, curated wellness inspiration, and the future development of products and resources designed to complement modern lifestyles.

More than a wellness brand, NUVIDALS represents her belief that caring for yourself should feel empowering rather than overwhelming—and that wellness is not about achieving perfection, but about intentionally becoming the healthiest, most confident version of yourself.
